What we build
Employee HQ helps hourly and shift-based organizations recognize great work. Employees send kudos, earn points, and redeem them for rewards their organization chooses. Managers share news, documents, and events in the same app, and time-off, overtime, and voluntary time off tools are included too.
Managers use the web portal to configure and run their organizations. Employees use the mobile app to stay connected with their workplace. Employee HQ is currently available on the web, Android, and iOS.
How the product works
Organizations can start with no credit card. Employee HQ is free while an organization has 10 or fewer active employees, then uses transparent per-active-employee monthly pricing as the team grows.
