Monthly billing cycle
We charge on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. You'll receive a detailed breakdown of active employees and costs for each location.
Payment timeline
Invoices become due after the 15th if unpaid. We don't automatically suspend accounts — our team works with you to resolve any payment issues.
Easy payment management
Manage all locations from one portal. Pay individual invoices or use "Pay All" to handle multiple locations at once via Stripe's secure Billing Portal.
Usage-based pricing
Only active employees count toward your bill. Deactivated employees are automatically removed from your next billing cycle. No contracts, no minimums.
