What is an active employee?
An active employee is an employee who registered in the app and logged in at least once. Only active employees count toward your monthly bill, giving you full control over costs.

How does billing work?
Billing is simple and transparent: we charge on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. Invoices become due after the 15th if unpaid. You'll always know exactly what you're paying for with detailed monthly breakdowns.

Can we pay all locations at once?
Absolutely! The Manager Portal includes a convenient 'Pay All' feature that lets you handle billing for multiple locations in one transaction via Stripe's secure Billing Portal.

What happens if a bill is late?
We understand that things happen. We don't automatically suspend accounts for late payments. Our support team works with you to resolve any billing issues while keeping your service running smoothly.

Can I start for free?
Yes. As long as your location has 10 or fewer active employees, it's completely free. No credit card required to get started.

What happens when I exceed 10 employees?
Once a location exceeds 10 active employees, billing applies to all active employees — not just the extras. If a location has 15 active employees, the monthly total is $3 × 15 = $45.
