Share your unique signup link to auto-apply your code, or have them enter your 6-character code during signup. Attribution locks at signup, subject to review or correction if needed, and the referral must reach its first invoice within 12 months.

You earn 50% of every dollar that business actually pays for its first 6 billing periods. Commission applies only to collected revenue.

Affiliate participation is free. Use an existing Employee HQ login or create one to opt in — your affiliate profile, 6-character code, and shareable signup link are created only when you start affiliate access.
Organizations apply your code once at signup, either by following your unique signup link (which auto-fills your code) or by typing the 6-character code in manually. Attribution locks at signup, but Employee HQ may review, correct, cancel, or expire a referral where program rules require it.
If a referred organization does not generate a first invoice within 12 months of signup, the referral expires.

How do businesses apply my code?
Two ways: share your unique signup link (it auto-fills your code on the signup page), or have them type your 6-character code into the affiliate code field at signup. Either path locks attribution at signup for the same earning window, subject to review or correction if needed.
How exactly is commission calculated?
50% of the revenue your referred organization actually pays for its first 6 billing periods. Only collected revenue counts — unpaid or overdue invoices do not generate commission.
When exactly do payouts go out?
Affiliate payouts are created through manual internal review batches rather than an automatic fixed-date schedule. Revenue has to be collected first, your account has to be payout-eligible, and the approved batch then appears in your dashboard before it is marked sent.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
No minimum payout threshold is currently enforced in the portal. When a payout batch is created, it includes the approved unpaid commission entries available for that affiliate.
How will I be paid?
Pick your preferred method during payout setup — PayPal, manual ACH, mailed check, or another approved method. You can update it before a payout batch is created or sent.
What happens if a referred organization delays its first invoice?
If the first invoice is generated within 12 months of signup, your 6-cycle window begins on that first billed period. If no invoice is generated within 12 months, the referral expires.
Can I lose commission I have already earned?
No. Once a payout has been issued, it stays with you. Pending earnings are only adjusted if the underlying revenue is refunded before the payout is sent.
Is there any cost to join?
No. Activating affiliate access is free, and there are no fees, minimums, or targets.
